i bought a set of smoked jewels from chrisritchVTR, i payed for these last monday and he said he will send them out this tuesday via first class post, which takes 2-3 days.

i know it hasnt been that long but still wondering what i should if they do not turn up?

seems like a very decent chap tbh but my only problem is that another member bought these lights before and they didnt turn up and he didnt get a refund.

yeah i realise this mate im not trying to say you was scammin me because i know how unreliable the postal service is.

i just more or less need advice because i wasnt sure how to go about getting my money if they did not turn up.

again sorry to hijack your thread but i the same bought a set of sparco harneses from chrisritchVTR over 2 weeks ago still got nothing and he is not replying to any of my pm's even when i know he has been online again if i have not heard anything by monday ill be putting in a claim against him and something will have to be done about this member as im not the only one this has happened to

i was wondering who bought the harnesse, he had them for sale on 106owners too. im also gonna make a claim agaisnt him if i have heard nothing by monday. even if you do hear from him its no doubt gonna be excuses to make you wait longer. anybody got an address or phone number for this guy?.

yup it was me gave him £50 for them will just have to wait till monday to see if i hear anything from him nope got no contact info for him something will have to be done about this member

i didnt realise he had scammed anyone else.

i think its about time to be going to the police he hasnt been online since 1st of february so ive made a paypal claim and now ive heard that he has scammed other members i think i will be going to the police and imo you should do the same.

i have just made a dispute against him, so it says that i have 20 days to resolve with the seller so do i make contact with him through paypal to settle this?.

i would try anyway to get incontact with him to resolve the matter and get a full refund
