Noticed it is going slow recently? Like for 5 mins it will just be slow/freeze then go back to normal? Thought it was my broswer but after using difference ones, and doing other things i can't find teh solution. A friends is having the same problem. Anyone else on here having this?

mine went off couple days ago, said they'll send a technician out tuesday. 10 mins later gets a text saying its a problem in your area, and will be sorted within 8 hours. Next day went off again, for about an hour, then back on, and since yesterday its been ok. Virgin are absolutely terrible, but i hear SKY are worse

When I phoned to get a new modem, they told me that they would only replace it if it was faulty and if it wasn't I'd get a fine for an unneeded callout. Had a decent bloke come over and he gave us a new one no problems.
Mixed service lol. But wasn't going to get scared off by an indian woman reading her computer screen, I'd rather challenge barry in his van if they wanna fine me :y:
