It ideally should be removed when its soft.....just wash it off thoroughly......if its been there a while soak it with water until its soft and then wash it off.

Do not use wipes as they will cause swirls!

I'd say the same as what james has said here, you could also soak it in snow foam before you come to rinse it off with the jet wash ;)

usually i just wet a sponge n leave it over the bird crap, softens in 5-10 mins then wipe it off.

best thing to get rid of bird s**t is to soak newspaper in water and then put the newspaper over the s**t and leave it for like an hour then peel off! this is the truth as i parked under a tree and got completley abused by pigeon shite.
