ok so there are different strenghts of clay you can use i get that. but what happens if you use a far more agressive clay than needs be?

Would cause what is known as Marring buddy.

Personally ive never needed anything more than a Mild Clay...even on the roughest surfaces.

Yeah James is right an agressive clay will leave marring which is like little dots in the paintwork under lights, i only use agressive clay if it's really bad, i don't find the agressive clay i use mars the paint that bad if any at all, mild clay is what i usually tend to use:)

yes buddy.....Clay each time you polish and polishing twice a year is plenty.

Depends how bad the contamination is on your car if you wash it often and it's well protected, then megs fine clay is fine for the job, if you don't wash it very often and not as much protection then use a mild clay:y:

im a cleaning whore.. do it atleast once a week... love my saxo... all the help from james i have even tried mating it (only once though)
