I have an assesment day for a Rolls Royce Aprentice comming up in the next couple of weeks and just wanted to know if there was anybody on here who has done, doing or is a Rolls Royce Aprentice that could give me any tips for the assesment day? I have a ruff idea of what to expect but any help and pointers would be most greatfull.

Gotta get through the assesment centre first, which no doubts will be hard lol, not even looked into the pay or owt. Just want a career in something i enjoy thats gena go somwhere.

yeh a phantom! only joking lol would'nt of thought so its an apprenticeship in engineering (Jet engines).

ha, i work for jag land rover and i've seen lots of RR apprentices.
the 1st years work along side some of them now iirc at trident college in Leamington where i do my degree one day a week
the apprenticeship has the same sort of base as mine,
in an assessment center you will probably get some tests, maths and logic stuff
a one to one interview with a manager etc
and probably some sort of team exercise :)
Show willingness, team workmanship, high discipline, self-motivation and a shit load of initiative and you won't go wrong pal
