This is going to be a bit vague but bare with me smileys/smiley13.gif

Right well i have a vtr and while i dont know by how much it has been lowered. I was wondering how easy/what you need to get it back to standard.

How would i go about seeing what parts have been fitted and what not?

Why do i want to do it? Standard car, and in my opinion the car is just too low.

Anyone have the standard ride hights and finally smileys/smiley4.gif is it a diy job if you have a little bit of know (guides?) or if it was a garage job how long are we looking for labour wise?

Cheers smileys/smiley16.gif

Have i just got my wires crossed or somthing but, you said you wanted your car back to standard and when woodsy said get standard springs, you said why would i wanna do that. smileys/smiley5.gif

Anyways back on topic, I wouldnt attempt this personally myself as a bit of know how is needed. A garage would charge anything from around £100(maybes a little less)to around £150.Any more fuck them off you'll be getting ripped. smileys/smiley17.gif
