Saxo Stalls Sometimes.....

....Hey people, my saxo stalls sometimes right after a fresh key start, im always above half tank with petrol, i have not been driving it for long either, its like the engine struggles a tiny bit, problem gets solved on a re-start, is this common? the car's only done 29k ! on a 51 plate VTR, everything seems mint in engine etc, some of you whom know a bit about my car prob know that it was parked up for a while (iv had it for over 9 months) but only recently started to drive it, the engine seems weak in my opinion, its not been thrashed around either, 1 prev owner, old lady (lol), and me, i'v only started to drive the VTR, its been 1 week now since i got it back from a full respray, started to drive it soon as i got it back, well anyway back to question... i have to rev it a bit 'sometimes' to get it going. This happens sometimes on a fresh start, and sometimes after driving it for a couple of hours. Anyone else expericance this? im guessing this is a common problem ?

i have to say i dont have issues like that

has it had a good service since being sat for 9 months? might help the situation!

come to think of it, i did check all the oild and the spanner thing is on the dash, so ima take it so citroen (dear lord) for a service now, see if this solves anything.

Do the revs go up and down by them selves? If so it could one of a number of sensors or the coilpack.
