Back in October last year, I pad a trip to Carworx to have a full de-cat exhaust system fitted. Because my car is lowered 60mm, trying to position the exhaust was going to prove quite difficult making sure there will not be any scraping to the anti-roll bar, etc...
I've had a few scrapping problems with it every now and then but nothing that required a lot of work. Anyway, up until recently, I was looking at the exhaust and thought that the tailpipe shouldn't be sticking out as far as it did. So I gave Will at Carworx a call and he told me to take the car to them for them to see what they can do.
Anyway, to cut the long story short. I was up at Carworx only a few hours and they have raised my system slightly to prevent it catching on any speed bumps and they have also taken my tailpipe in so it now looks a lot lot better. I will give the car a good clean tomorrow and take some pics for you all to see.
If anybody needs any bodywork or engine performance/tuning then Carworx are your people. They are top quality people. They specialise in french cars and would not ever mess you around. As you can see from the pics and descriptions below, many, many people use them and they provide nothing but excellent results smileys/smiley20.gif
While I was up at Carworx, they had a few cars in they caught my eye to which I recognised from other car clubs.
This is Sybez's (sp.) Supercharged 106 with its carbon fibre bonnet, roof and tailgate. I can't remember what he's having done to it but it will be ready in time for FCS.

A pretty much standard Mk1 VTS but with Mk2 VTS rims. I remember Will saying this is in for some head work.

Not french (obviously) but WOW! It sounded lovely!

Baz (one of the employee's) owns this. It's his little project car that will be ready in time for FCS. I seem to remember him mentioning a VTS Turbo lump going in the wee AX.

Now, I'm sure this car used to belong to Will (who owns Carworx) or at least he owned most of it. It now belongs to Somers from SSC. Supercharged VTR if I remember correctly? Mention of throttle bodies now going into this machine.

Now here is a car that did catch our eye. Not only is it very smooth and tastefully modified, inside the roof of the car are three amps. This car houses two batteries and the whole boot is filled with ICE. Not only is this car an ICE machine but it's currently sitting on 17's and down 80mm on hydraulics. This car will also be pushing out or near enough pushing out 350bhp!!! A car that has the looks, the sound and the speed? Surely not.

Anyway, just thought I'd share those pics with you all and I'm sure you will be seeing them all at FCS this year smileys/smiley16.gif
