how much does it end up costing to sell a car on ebay? (around 4k)

probally around £13 pound if you do it right, but dont forget you will
have to pay ebay a percentage at the end of the auction depending on
how much you sell it for!

11 quid for me if you want more than 6 pictures it costs more just little things then it will add up but no more than 15 mate all you need is the gallery picture

Scott's given you the information you need mate.

Or... you could advertise on ebay, pay their advertising fee's and then when the auction comes to an end, get in contact with the highest bidder and sell it privatelty thus avoiding ebay fee's. But make sure they don't win the auction smileys/smiley2.gif

If you sell your item(s) via ebay to the winning bidder, then they will charge you. If they don't have your credit card details on file, they will invoice you.

That is why it's best to not let somebody win the auction.

But... I wonder what happens if the winning bid is still way below the asking price. I don't think Ebay would keep track of you to make sure you don't actually sell it through Ebay.

i put a camper van on for £8000 and then put reserve on at £8500 and they was gunna charge me over £100! just to put it up for auction so i took reserve off and it cost me £9 lol there f*cked up

also you never really need to do a full 7 day listing coz unless its in the first 4 pages people tend to get bored of looking through
