Use them at work, expect to recieve a box of broken bits when it eventually does arrive.

judging from their responce, they sent it to the wrong depo. ;)

Too right. You pay extra for 24 delivery normally, so should be there.

Yeah, he'll more than likely get the difference from standard delivery and 24hr refunded to him, probably have to kick off abit though.

The only courier ive had trouble with is City Link
One time, they wanted us to Travel to Plymouth (around 50 miles) to collect a parcel because we were not home on the first attempt!

Mate make a HUGE complaint, that is shocking service!!!! 24hr delivery and they come how many days late???? Not to mention they lost the boddies and ecu. Contact the seller, try to get an invoice from him on price you paid plus bank statement from account you paid with to prove how much you paid for them. If no boddies and ecu from them soon consider them lost and request you money from them. Even if they do deliver i would seriously pester for compo, especially if you paid for 24hr delivery.

I've had problems with this company before, they lost a £900 Norco downhill bike id ordered, was a few years ago, shocking customer service.

holly fook this is shocking il remember never to use these people.

thats just right out of order and like parcel being REPACKEGED WHAT THE HELL IS WITH THAT

i think you will find that is technicly deemed ILLEGAL and you can take them to court for loss or damage of personal belongings and for such a huge amount it would be worth it too.

Hell yeah i got my money back, cant remeber as it was a few years ago but did take a while, all packages should come with insurance supplied by the delivery company as that part of thier liability. Website says they cover goods to the price of £15,000 and can be held responsible for breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default our liability to you for loss, damage, misdelivery or non-delivery of your shipment. So you are covered.

Thing i dont get it, how could they re-box your item? I mean what happend?

yet another update.

TNT got in toutch with the sender today and explained what they can do.

to cut a long story short they have offered me 50 poundS for nearly 1700 pounds worth of bodies and ecu !!!!!!
They said if we want any more we would have to make it a police mater.

I told them to expect to be contacted by the police very soon !!!!
THIS IS SHOCKING IMO

thanks for reading. B
