to say i am so so pee'd off is an understatment,
So i thought i'd start a thread and have a rant, lol

so i buy my saxo 4 months ago, everybody slated it, saxos are pants , shit cars, death traps, look like shit, etc...
but how things have changed.

my best mate has decided he loves them and has gone from astra bumming to owning a sax,
and i've just found out my older brother is swoping is benner for a VTR...

i mean talk about taking taking the piss.
im now actually contimplating getting rid of mine now and buying something else..

WHY CAN'T THEY JUST LIKE DIFFERENT BLOODY CARS :wall::wall:,
what ever happened to being unque.

Im the same (apart from people actually buying a saxo). When i first bought it (with my own money, saved for a long time) all my friends slated it for being french, chavy and old. This is coming from all their mommys and daddys buying them 09 plate puntos, polos, corsas and fiestas... brand new cars!!!

But now since theyve been a passenger in it, they all wish they had gotten something more like the sax, purly because its fun and really great to drive.

Most people think Saxo's look like dog poo. But when they see it customized, e.g. lowered and stuff people will say it looks nice, but before they hated them. But I would say there are nice ways to custom and not so nice ways e.g. Lexus lights

Each to their own really. Mines standard at the mo, but I don't really care. I'd like some VTS wheels on it, and keep things on the subtle side, like perhaps go 40mm lowered too.

As for mates following the 'trend' I couldn't care less, good luck to them. One of my mates grabbed a wicked red Furio. Its an absolute dog, with plenty of dents, scratches and some sweet sweet rust. ''But I wanted a Saxo''. Lame, he could of got a better one (he spent over £2000 on buying it, its standard) but you've got to admire the determination lmao.

It's because they don't realise how much fun Saxo's are to drive. I always have a smile on my face when i get out of mine. It's such fun!

vts wheels are hard to find as there rare, and when they do come available like on ebay they go for like £220 which is expensiv for some standard alloys really!
