serious help needed asap

hi the 13mm nut that makes the pinging noise on the rear suspension, ive taken it out to copper grease it and i cant get the suspension to match up to where the bolt needs to go, how do i do this???

use a jack or someone else to lift the rear arm back to where it needs to line up
