ok quite fancy the balck wheel with chromed lip, but........ as i refurbed my 205 gti alloys one wheel had a filler on the lip fairly visable so can that still be chromed.
and no i don;t wanna just spray it silver.

Chroming requires a bare metal surface so filler will have to be removed i presume

Might be salvagable if the lip damage isnt too great. Contact a wheel specialist and ask for their opinion.

are you sure you need pure metal? im sure some plastic's can be chromed in a different way

specialist wheel refurbers can offer a mirror finish paint. cheaper and looks the same.

you can acutally buy chrome paint mate and its not half bad if it all goes tits up

if you get it diamond polished it costs a bomb to refurb (chrome look)
i scuffed a wheel on my old car and i was getting £120 quotes from everywhere

You can get chrome finish plastic paint but i doubt its made for wheels. It would come off shurely.

you may be able to get it filled by abrazer, with brass or something similar, like they do to bike frames etc...
