Is it me or is the price of insurance falling? At the beginning of the year 3rd party f+t on a furio was about 1850 for me and i got a quote today for 1700 and 1850 for a VTR! Hopefully by the time i pass my test it will have gone down even more.

It seemed to me that it was rising at the last few months of last year, but i was pleased to see i can get insured on a vtr for the same price i was expecting to pay for a furio.

I got tpft cover on my furio, sdp and c with other stuff like legal protection, windscreen, breakdown cover, car replacement etc for £1090 in september 09. I'm 19 with 0 no claims, I have pass plus but they wouldnt accept that. I own the car, am the registered keeper and on my own insurance policy.

If your insurance has gone up you need to shop around or haggle more. There are bargins out there as everyone is after your money!
IMO insurance has gone up alittle but if you ring the company direct you can usually get a better price :)

+1, fully agree. Didn't even waste my time with comparison sites.

exactly dont take the quote the've said on a comparison price website phone those money laundering bastards up and say you can getg a better deal elsewhere. they will chase you, and give you a better deal:y: only if you ask. if you dont ask you dont get. simples:panic::panic:
