21st party ideas

i am really stuck on what to do for a girls 21st ( not mine my girlfriend ) there are a few of us ( about 15 ) going to be going out and i cant think of anything to do.. the problem is we are all in the hospitality industry so we cant go out till like 9 ish.. i thought of comedy stores but there are none late on.. i am in the north west like manchester or liverpool warrington.. so any ideas would be great!
