Car got broken into, (Farnham Area)

So livid atm, left my car in a homebase car due to it breaking down, euro car parts messed me about getting the part to fix it. Checked it everyday last week and it's fine go to my grans for the weekend and come back and it's had my bucket seats, steering wheel, cbf door cards taken out. Around £800 worth of stuff.


Anyone else had their car broken into and did you get it recovered in the end?

That fists blokes, is their any distinctive marks on the items stolen?

keep an eye out at fcs ;) you might find the theif.

Have you informed the police? are they declared on the insurance?

look out on ebay and stuff for your parts, if not will probably be hard getting your stuff back, thiefing cunts!

Modifications are declared, informed the police. I haven't informed my insurance yet as If I loose my no claims then i'll loose more than the worth of the items next year on insurance.

Were you in Halfords today? Someone behing me at the checkout said they were going to ring the police about something.

Only thing I can suggest is checking all the forums for someone selling your parts. I found some stuff that was stolen from me by looking on a forum.

May I ask why you didn't tow your car home instead of leaving it in homebase car park for a week?

Its been spotted and noticed it hadn't been moved for a while and then targetted.

Na not giving up on it, put a new alternator belt today and put a standard seat and steering wheel in it.

Theres no cctv round that area and the police have already closed the case apparently.

Sorry to hear that your car got broken into.

When i had an old C Reg fiesta, someone tried breaking into it and jump starting it but they got scared off by my neighbour. I heard that they stole another car - got in a high speed police chase and then crashed. My car was lucky.

im only down the orad in woking and their is a lot theft going on there, my mate had his saxo broken into, the police even knew who they were and didnt do jack shit! so if you see a white van with a slight bodykit going round thts the car, tht broke into my mates !

got my vtr broken into about 4 months ago thay bent the passanger door back and put there hand in and the alarm went off and thay ran away nothing got nicked but door was fucked.
