it was for waperblades and arms sent him £15 as a gift, he told me the post office was flooded, he forgot, he was having problems with paypal and so on

i have pmed him askin for my money back but still nothing and i still do not have the goods

this was way back in January 2010

am i too late to post a claim

could someone please pm me with what i can do to get my money back as am not too sure about working paypal

if you sent it as a gift you cannot get it back from paypal
you will have to hope he will refund you or try your luck with the police
