On a serious note, Sledgehammer was very well done.

'OK Go - Here it goes again' is awesome, especially knowing it was filmed in one take.
'Aha - Take on me', with the constant transitions from CGI to real life.

My personal vote would go for Crazy by Aerosmith.

Bit of a forward on conclusion really. I'd be very surprised if Thriller didn't come out on top. It usually does in these sorts of shows.
