You may be right. I am a web developer by trade and work on a large community based website so I know how these things go. Long-term members will also hit a lull in activity and moan that it's just not what it used to be back in the day.

Contribute more, post more threads try and get it back to how it was then. Maybe some of the mods in question will take note and be a little less heavy handed with their moderating which in turn might stop people moaning.

rather than people moaning / complaining at how bad the site is, why dont they take it upon themselves to turn their negativity into something constructive and positive. post projects build threads / mini projects & custom mods and ideas (dont even need to be saxo related) / how to guides / and come up with good threads etc that way there will be fresh content to keep people ammused. if every member posted a thread like that instead of 'saxp is shit these days' then the site would be much more exciting and entertaining. rather than just looking at others to provide the entertainment maybe you need to ask yourself what do you bring to saxp that helps make it more fun. threads like these just tend to put a downer on everyone else
