i presume its purly for show to get the 'stance'

you can run ast top mounts but it wont be loads of camber, wide track wishbones are probabley the best option to get a mega camber.

Well when you lover the car it will gain some negative camber. Mine is lowered by 50mm at the front and i estimate a couple of degrees of negative camber. Not good for tyre wear though!

I started looking into this to bud, was recommended ast top mounts where the ones to use. Can only get a few deg of camber using them though. I'll be getting some soon I think

think about 2.5 deg, will prob gain 1 deg or so the amount your lowered by. Wont be massivley noticable, only real way is viewed against rears, been parrallel or +. One of my old mini's had 3 deg front and could only really notice it when viewed down the side of the car against the rears if that makes sense.

It would depend how many miles you were looking to do in the cars and if its a true show car or really your road car. You can use a kitcar or copy of upper mounts, lower arms and longer drive shafts to get the look your after. But it does cost a hell of a lot. Though as its just a road car I would give Leda a call and see if they can weld on the hub at the desired angle your looking for. Then you can use standard drive shafts, top mount and lower arms and it will all re reliable. The Leda dampers are even rebuildable so should they fail you can just get them serviced. Win Win really.

Hi Guys, Just noticed this thread.
When we are building saxo units for any race/track car we usually build camber into the actual unit, usually up to 3 degrees. But with it being a show car we could build more camber in. It may not be the nicest on tyres but it will give you the look you are after

Having a quick think about it and we could build in say 4 degrees of camber, this should still give enough clearance between the tyre and strut. If you wanted more, then again it would be possible, you would just need to put spacers on so that the tyre would clear the strut.

If anyone is interested then just let me know. Drop me an email: sales@leda.com

Thanks,
Matt

my old h&rs had 2 degrees built into the legs
coupled with a modified shell (plates welded onto the strut tower and he holes relocated) and solid compbrake topmounts pulled all the way in i got about 4 degrees
