Any garage and shouldn't cost anymore than the usual 5-15 per wheel depending where you go

Thats not right tbh, most main tyre places won't do it for insurance reasons. Alot of places wont do extreme stretches due to the amount of psi needed in them to get them to locate. (need to be put in a cage incase they explode). Alot of places dont have the equipment to do it. Ideally you need a places that does truck tyres etc or a place that has a bead blaster. But all depends on the stretch aswell.

Nobody round my area has any issues stretching tyres. The all inclusive price you have seems good :y:

fit the tyres as normal using a smaller width tyre. Pump them up till they locate correctly which stretched the tyre
