Just wondering the best proccess/products to remove it, hundreds of little black dots, think it's a combination of tar/brake dust.

Also, for headlight brows, seem to have spots of tar on them, could I use this on them too?
Cheers! =].

Please stay away from my wheels :y:
Personally i would use a strong mix of bilberry wheel cleaner first and see how that did.
Then if necessary i would either try a mild clay or valet pro tar remover.

As above, Bilberry wheel leaner is a ace product, i need some more actually.
You could use megs APC also applied with a stiffer brush, If you still have some marks left which i would doubt a small bit of clay shoud clear it up.

Bilberry for the wheels, anyone got a link? This is very tough stuff, but Bilberry will be up to it?
Can I use this on the headlight brows too?

ive never tried the megs but iirc even megs say that its not all that good, i think its made in america where they have very strict rules about what can go into car cleaning chemicals and because of this... it sucks.
ag tar remover is very good and can be had from halfords.

I have tried using Eagle One A2z found it in a local auto shops near us. Its a pretty strong cleaner though. I've read that a GBL Wheel cleaner does clean pretty much well.

Use Bilberry! 3 Water, to 1 part Bilberry. Not Acid!!!
Buy the 5L bottle for £21.00 from eBay iirc rather then 1L @ £9.00.
I've found using it neat doesn't really do anything but causes it to suds up. I keep my mix 1/3 ratio even if its a good soiling then using a soft paint brush to agitate it.

It may be the opposite end of the PH scale but it's not exactly neutral!

Meguiars Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner.
If you have a jetwash...
I haven't cleaned the inside of my rims at all. I sprayed this shit on the used a dish brush to aggitate it (pathetic attempt), then jetwashed AND FUCK ME it was like new, completed removed the lot within about 30 seconds, couldn't believe my eyes.
