you have 2 watch ur steering rack cause mines sometimes hits off of that and u hear that when u go over bumps

Also was going 2 ask r u sure that the tinging noise is coming from the front wheels cause when i go around corners or over bumps my spare wheel holder makes a tinging noise.

If its a metallic 'pinging' then the more likely to be the coming from the rear suspension. Have a look in the modifications section

when i lowered my saxo, it also did that. turned out to be macpherson bearing (above the shocks and springs), so i changed both of them (front side). it could also be that your springs didn't sit well, so when you turn your wheel, they don't turn with them, and when they turn they make that noise.

the best thing would be to lift the entire front half of your car (or simply whole car) and turn front wheels to see what's really happening

could be your power steering pipe , if it is it will eventuly brake the pipe and leak all the power sterring fluid , either get it bent out the way or have it repositioned

Have a look under the bonnet when the wheels are on full lock to see if its hitting the pipe.
