o.k guys. if i buy this quickshift http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-transmission/quickshift-kits/baker-bm-quickshift-citroen-saxo.html is it a straight swap or is there other parts i need to buy ?

nah mate, its just a straight swap, have one myself and have been waiting to fit it for ages, but you dont need anything else

I'm on the same boat as stevie is with having one but not actually having it fitted yet so can't comment on the differences but from the research I made before purchasing it reduced the throw enough for me to spend the money on it.
Use the search button man, there's plenty of threads on these to help you make up your mind.

fitted my griffiths one today..
pretty easy to fit, make alot of difference. shortens the throw quite a bit. makes your gearstick nice and tight too

the griffiths one looks completely different to the one on kamracing. does it keep the gears in the same position or is it just a simple up and down ? soo confused :(

doesnt matter lol. so quickshift and new gear linkages and it'l be pretty tight?

just get one or the other tbh. As it is quikshifts put extra pressure and stress on the syncros which isnt good
