recommended tyre pressures?

iv read the thread about tyre pressures but i still dont think mine are correct, iv got a mk1 1,1 with 15inch compomotives on with 195/45/15 tyres on it, i have also lowered the car 45mm at the front and lowering the rear 45 mm soon, but it seems to understeer,

any help appreciated, thanks

I always run 34 front 32 rear but its personal preference.

Try 32 front and 30 rear
