sebo_c is he a scammer?

i dont know if he is scamming me but i bought some parts off him on the
12th of feb and paid by paypal, cost 45

i was told he sent it off on the 15th of feb!
still no package by the 23rd so messaged him again asking for tracking number as i paid extra for insurance too!

on 1st of march he messaged saying the parcel was returned to him and he would send it off that day and give me a tracking number,

still no package! geting rater peed off no as i need the parts (drive shaft) and head light trim,

i have messaged him a few times since with no repley and i have seen on his profile that he has been online,

any suggestions? i know it could just be a problem at the post office but really annoying :wall:

yeh not happy as i need the parts, cant remeber i think it was goods doesnt say on the reciept lk just would like a member of staff to have a word with him and tell him to sort his life out lol

definately not a scammer.
collected lowering springs off him this morning. seems like a decent lad. also gave me some advise on my car. its probs just a mix up mate

yeh i dont really think he is a scammer 2bh just wont get back to me and let me know and i really need the parts and if they dont turn up tomoz im going to have to spend another 40 quid so they can be fitted on saterday! well could you message him off me and find out ? and if he hasnt sent me the parts i want a refund cheers

well hes not returning my messages soo..... anyway made a claim on paypal and hopefully they will sort it out, gutted as i need the parts now as car of the road!!
