Interior Clean

Ok I bought my car a month back started to fix the things that were wrong with it. But I feel the carpet and interior need a right good clean, I don't just mean with a Hoover. I'm not too sure if the heater matrix has went at some point and has emptied itself over the carpet.

Which products would be best to sort out the carpet and take away an old slight weird smell ? Also would be nice for the dash and seats to look like new.

Don't worry I will be, but I seem to have a small rust problem happening on the passenger door which needs some attention
