hi all which clay kit would you recormend between autoglym and meguires clay kits cheers.

Meguiars...its a well knows clay kit for beginners.........been on sale for a long time and gets very good results.

yeah would defo recommend meguires, even the polishing cloth they give ya comapred to autoglym is well better quality

i no i might sound dumb now but whats the best way to use the caly kit? step by step process? ect cheers

im sure if u type claybarring into google you will get a good guide
But i just do a panel at a time, make sure there is enough lube and dont lean too heavy on the clay bar. Use a backwards and forwards moontion as apposed to a circular montion. Buff up each area with the cloth when done and move onto next bit. Washing car again after doing it is optional, some people do some people dont. But then polish and wax to finish off :y:

not a problem chum :) yeah and lets hope its not too good either lol ya dont want direect sunheat! evaporates the lube too quick :(

oh really thanks for letting me no i always clean the car in direct sunlight haha will do gor some pictures of the car on here already but will take some more after claying :)

lol aye i try not too, dries up too quick leaving streeks and near impossible to claybar in. A cloudy day is the best lol or even have ya have a garage :y:
good lad, you will certainly feel the difference on the paint work :)

i have a garage just cant get my car in there which is a shame as i would spend loads more time on cleaning it as i could leave it and not have to worry about the rain :)
