take strut off, when hub comes out it usually pulls the inside of the bearing to bits when you knock the hub out

okay but do u have to take the three screws out under the bonnet and drop the spring out the way to remove the bearing?

yes, 3 x 13mm nuts under the bonnet and drop the complete strut out, have to release bottom balljoint, driveshaft nut, drop link and track rod end and caliper bolts out as well

just make sure you dont undo the one on the centre because that will end badly lol

also try to hit it with a copper hammer before you take the strut out just might save you some time :)
