yeah been in a rear shunt, i spoke to them and they said i have to inspect it myself to make sure i decide if its worth it or not

If it goes for under £200 if worst comes to worst you'll get your money back breaking it.

That's not a bad price at all and the damage doesn't look too bad.
But you can never tell from a picture.
You would have to get it inspected for it's road worthiness though iirc.

no you don't have to get it inspected for roadworthiness, only needs a standard MOT then a VIC which is a Vehicle Identity Check and nothing to do with roadworthiness,nothing like an extended MOT

Yah looks like a good deal if you get it cheap.
silverlake are one of the best yards local to me.
cat c is not too bad, should be ok to repair.
like someone said, if it turns out to be a heap, you will make your money back plus more by breaking it
