Put it in gear and rock is back and forth then try to turn it over or even try to bump start it? Would rule out if its seized.

When u say it wont bump u mean the engine dosnt spin over at all? More than likely seized then

Were u running it with no oil? was there any noise before this happened was it running fine and now it doesnt? More info :)

yes there was a noise b4 it happened and there was little oil in
