I have the black angel eyes and i know what you mean, but to be honest when the roads aren't street lit you will most likely have your full beams on anyway (and they are great!)
It wont be a problem buddy, and they look amazing

mine just seem to point into the middle and dont light up the road too far ahead of me.They failed the MOT as the beams were pointing to high on the right hand side, which would blind oncoming drivers. The MOT technician thought the lights were left hand drive but on the box they came it says RHD ? All i can say is that they look great!

I had them fitted to my 106, they're weren't too bad on a well lit road, but they made country roads abit difficult lol.
They look amazing though.

You can adjust the heights of the left and right headlights independantly of each other.

apologies for the hijack but...has anyone managed to adjust them and pass an MOT? I've been playing around with the silver turny-screw thingy on the back of the lights and jack all happens! Any ideas?

Luke those cogs your turning does nothing....theres a longish hexagonal torx screw poking out. Keep turning that untill the beam pattern moves

So does anybody know hw to wire the angel eyes so that the only lights that cime on with the sidelights are the halo's and not the two other sidelights above?
Help much appreciated!

Its not possible unless you take the side light bulbs out because the rings are fed a live from the same circuit as the sidelights therefore coming on when you switch the side lights on the only way to stop this happening is to actually remove the sidelight bulbs like i mentioned above

Nice one- I presume that's still fully legal then- sidelights do duck all anyway

I would pop them back in for mot purposes but i dont imagine you getting pulled for it.

shaney_b

no you can just have the halos come on as youre side lights, you just dont wire youre side lights in at all like mine, the light you see in the middle of the halos are two leds, these have to be on with youre angels because of the way there wired up when there made
