no
You need a spray booth to paint cars in basically need to be sprayed at the right temprature without using a spray booth your car will get all crap and bits in the paint and will look a mess.
You need to bake cars after they have been paint to dry them and keep the long lasting shine.

leave it to a pro. i'm doing an apprenticeship to become a paint technician and you'd be amazed of all the different aspects to spraying a car.

Its only worth painting little bits and pieces without a booth e.g. a grille.
Im a paint sprayer, and having a heated clean booth makes it so much easier.
I suppose you could try it on the bumper or something first, and then polish it up & flat it back to get all the bits out.

As above really, leave it to the pros.
If you want something done right, never do it on the cheap (assuming you're thinking of doing a DIY)
