im about fifteen minutes away from the uni usually drive in or catch a lift with my dad. The uni is almost bang in the middle of the city center which has its advantages and disadvantages but it has really close links to the M8 which will be good for yourself seeing as you wont be staying up here. And the pubs and clubs in glasgow are astonishingly good not to mention the women<img src= "smileys/silly.gif">

depends on what you are lokking for and how much £££'s i mean there is the hilton and the mariott that are not far away from uni at all and there are plenty of travel inns and things like that in the city center or there are b+b places round and about best to do a quick search on the net for them or get a phone book.



Or you could contact the uni and get a room in the halls for a week there seem to be a few rooms free and they are actually pretty good and will probably be a bit better for a post grad like yourself
