not recieved items from renagademaster4

i paid £20 in total to renagademaster4 for some items i never recived, i made it a claim on paypal which ended in my favour but i then recieved an email from them telling me that the refund didn't clear from the sellers bank and that i will have to contact him myself for the refund.

he has not been in touch with me since i paid for the items back in january, what could i do about this and has anyone else heard anything from him?

did you get a full name and address.

If so write to him giving him 7 days to either refund the money or send you the goods.
send recorded delivery.

If you don't receive any reply / goods / money then take to small claims court.

If he doesn't reply to that you would win by default and then you head down the lines of getting a CCJ

if that still doesn't work once you have the CCJ you can instruct the baliffs to go round.

Lots of work but these people need to be taught a lesson. Yes it will cost you some money up front but you would get it back

i bought a door off him ages ago for my old furio, like scotty sayd he seemed brand new, hes rarely on here now,
