I was just wondering if the no claims that I get on my 10 month policy will be available for any company, or if that's just with Elephant?

I'm with elephant on the 10month accelerator and I asked them if it'd be recognized with other companies and they said yes Pieface.

Yes the No claims provided by them can be used with anyone. I have had two 10 month policys with bell who are the same company.

Bell and Admiral are underwritten by the same company...however, their policy wording may vary to one anothers.
Best bet is to phone and ask yourself bud.

With most companies it depends on the wording used on the no claims certificate I believe. I was told by numerous companies that if it states "2 years" on the certificate, and not something like "2 years over a period of 20 months" or shows specific dates to suggest you have used an accelerator, then some will accept it. Chris Knott accepted mine off Elephant though, so I think it's worded ok, other companies may not word it correctly, thus almost snaring you to stay with them.
Adrian Flux originally quoted me on 1 years NCB cos I had been on an accelerator for 2 years, but they caved and quoted me on 2 eventually.
