hi mate
it take its a 8v??
if so the rocker is held on with two 10mm bolts, undo them and disconect the breather and it will come of. the baffle plate should stay in place if not make sure you dont lose the collars with sit on top of the baffle plate.
how bad is the rocker cover?? is it rusty or are you just changing colour??

I have just bought a new rocker cover from citroen but i sent it off to be powdercoated:y: I think thats the best bet, but alot of people do paint them themselves, but i had a few bits going to be sprayed and it isnt much money for a professional job:y: Im sure if you do it right and take your time spraying it in thin coats it would be fine:y:

How did you get it from Citroen mate? Was it pricey?

I went to my local citroen garage and they have a repair/parts centre in there and they can order stuff for you:y: Nah it was £28 for a new one:y:
