Hi bought my car vouple of montgs back now and after i bought it i noticed the bonnet was a darker shade of blue
is this because theres morr than one posi blue shade or because someones sprayed it the wrong colour?? I always tgought there was only 1 posi blue

if its been resprayed then its possible that the rest of the car has lightened slightly over the years with weathering.
Its pretty impossible to get an exact match if piant is made up from different batches.

so is there only 1 posi blue then because the 2 colours are completely different when you look??

Its been re-sprayed ive got this exact problem with mine. Ive had my car nearly 11 years and about 5 years ago a dozy bird drozy into the front of mine and smashed the front up i had to have the bonnet and one of the wings resprayed.
Now if you look at it from certain angles you can see its a slightly different colour from the rest of the car (pretty much like your picture), its also made worse for some reason when it has rain on it it or has just been washed. Not a lot you can do as you cant get an exact match on the colour unfortunately.

aww well a was just goin to take it to get sprayed but dont think am gona bother now if its just goin to do the same couple of years down the line, al just try and source a second hand bonnet then which a wasnt planning on doin as the last 2 ive bidded on on ebay have went for over £100 each!
