About a second or two after I started my VTR last night then Engine-Management Light started flashing, the revs were up and down all over the place and the car was spluttering and lumpy as if it were about to cut out. I stopped the car and started it again just after and it did not do any of what I just explained, but the Engine-Management Light was on solid.
So, before I take it to a garage for costly diagnostics, has anyone experienced this or know what it could be off-hand? Or is there too many possibilities to say?
