Hi guys whilst fitting a strut brace today i accidentally overtightened one of the bolts on the top of the strut and it snapped off smileys/smiley3.gif will the car be ok with two bolts holding the shock in??

no if it was made for 2 bolts i would have

there was a topic on this the other day

someone did the same

apparently its cheap to fix

haha...sorry this happend to me, i have bad news but

u need to go to scrappers get a whole strut off a saxo and remove the upper strut mounting plate, u cant drive it with just 2 bolts very dangerous

I'm putting mine on soon, just don't tighten it too much.

USE A TORQUE WRENCH DUDES then u wont snap em
