Hi,
well since having my 2nd VTR for a few weeks now, I've uncovered one problem after another.
It seems who ever had it before me, rewired the entire electrics in the engine bay for whatever reason, and made a really shit job of it.
Slowly, I've been putting it all right and safe, but I've come across a pipe that has been cable tied up.
Anyone know what its for and where it goes?

That is not 2 filters, ones an air filter and ones a breather pipe, the smaller one being the breather pipe just for the oil etc. It fine and can be left alone.
The pipe cable tied at the back is the pipe that leads to the icv aka the idle contol valve, when putting on an aftermarket air filter/ induciton kit they do not always come with the right attachments to plumb the icv back into the air filter induction like the orginal was intended to. With it currently blocked is not a problem however but may cause idle issues. Hope this helps.

haha fairplay didn't see that, its not really in the picture, could just be an open cone though with a filter on the end, looks like a fake BMC to me.
