Go for Maxtorq Group N disks and Mintex 1144 pads, that's my opinion anyway. Maxtorqs aren't drilled or grooved, they are a complete disk which provide more braking area.
Good luck.

These Mintex could be used on road? Or just for track use?
And the Maxtorq are a good upgrade? I think i can use this one in Citroen Ax.
Thanks

The mintex 1144 (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/mintex-m1144-brake-pads-citroen-saxo-vtr-vts.html) can be used on the road.
With the AX you have a different pad shape, though no doubt its easy to convert to Saxo VTS calipers and brake discs (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-brakes/brake-kits/fast-road-brake-kit-citroen-saxo-vtr-vts.html).
The total comes to £160 though so to get within your budget you would need to go for Mintex oe spec pads (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/mintex-red-oe-spec-brake-pads-citroen-saxo-vtr-vts-96.html).
