after noticing on my mates 1.4 west coast that he has a center silencer and the 1.1s dont im now wondering weather i can pu a 1.4/ 1.6 exhuast on my 1.1 saxo just for the center silencer?

no i want it quieter, hence having the center silencer loud exhuast (like it was) it for chavs! i want it quieter! all i want is a yes or no how can i get a center silencer on my car without having to weald bits on? thanks
