this curvey bar thingy is superrrrrr close the metal under the car, i mean super close now theres a bar connected to it which connects to the suspension so my only thought is that when i going over bumps and suspension is doing its job the bar thingy is smashing the metal under the car causing the loud knocking sound ??
Also i found this on the driver's side
theres a crack in the rubber caseing on the end of this bar !

The first two pictures look like your anti-roll bar. Are the bushes worn causing the bar to move and make the knocking noise???
The last picture is of your track rod end, which has a split in it and requires replacing.

So would a split track rod end cause any knocking ??
and where are the bushes mate ???

No. The rubber on the track-rod end retains the grease, when the rubber splits it lets in moisture and shit and wears the ball joint away very rapid. The anti-roll bar bushes can be found bolted to the front bulkhead surronded by rubber and held in place with a 'u' shaped bracket. Try moving the bar backwards/forwards and up/down to see if there is any play between the bar and bushes.

What condition are your droplinks in? These are notorious for making a knocking sound when going over uneven road.
I would replace the track rod end with the split in the gaiter, also make sure the wishbone bushes are done up tight, bolts are located under carpet.

i checked those to bolts for the wishbone bro and they super tight so im guesssing thats ok..
um anyone got pics of the arb bushes ?? are they the things in my pictures that are holding that bar up ?

Are the droplinks the things that connect that bar to the suspension??

Yes, I do believe they are the bushes shown in the pictures. Also as Lozza states, check your drop links.

Look for obvious wear and damage and again for splitting around the rubber.

i turned the wheels full lock right so i could get a better view, when i push the bottom on the drop link (bottom rubber and bolt part) it does make a sort of clunking sound ???

That is the sound to tell you that the drop links are worn.

so basically i should buy 2 new drop links yes not just 1 ??
i check the arb bushes and they dont seem to have any play

Like with most things on cars, parts are best replaced in pairs so that wear is even.
It has been known that replacing one side can lead to excess wear on the other.

Yeah, replace both drop links. I am sure this will cure your problem.

Also got this constant squeaking from the passenger side when driving along ????

Might well be connected with the worn drop links. Possibly putting undue pressure on other components causing the squeak.
