Driver seat jammed

need help as the drivers seat is jammed at the furthest back position and i'm finding it quite hard to drive any help much appreciated!!

Lots of kicking from the back seat whilst holding up the lever. Or check that there is no money caught in the rails (this happened to me). Just take the seat out and take a closer look and grease them up.

i think something is broken the handle doesn't move up and the little piece of metal that locks the chair in moves about

Try using the handle that tilts the chair forward and backward. If you push it towards the front of the car the chair should tilt forward and slide. If not try and get the chair out as i said and have a better look.
