seats and subframes

hi i have been looking at getting some new seats for a while now and i would like to know a few things

fixed seats:

tilting subframes do they work? or does it depend on what seat etc? which ones are the best?

and are they ok as a daily use seat? as i find them a little more comfy/hugging than recliners and they help me to sit in a better position
