This is exactly what i would do with that saxo, take off the back sticker, and replace it with nothing, stickers just arnt cool in my book, get a cut out for that exhaust and bring the exaust up, and lower the car. then think about a vt kit, would comem together nicely then.

The mud flaps off
Take the shopping trolley off the bonnet
The exhaust off
The rear lights need de-tinting
Spray the rear wiper bung black

Seriously. I take it you're young? That's cool, I'm not being a tit when i say these things, i understand the mentality of youths with cars. You're 100% into modding, i get that. And when you're young money is tight.

But be patient, instead of buying a few tatty bits at the end of every week, instead opt to buy something at the end of every month. That way you find you'll be buying better things like the springs, better wheels etc.

Base models can look good, when you think about it and be patient!

Use Chid as your inspiration!

Money is tight but my car isn't my only hobby as I spend most of my money on Motocross and of course Girlfriends aren't cheap haha

One thing I think I will keep for now is my Tints though as I just got them, don't really wana rip them off just yet lol.
