Couldnt see why not if it has video inputs.
you will just need a decent power invertor to power the PS

Yes you can but its not advisable because of the vibrations that go through the hard drive and does and had broken them, you would be best off with a slim line ps2 as they are only 8.5volts.

Yh but as said abouve about the vibrations possibly fit it in th glovebox with foam padding so the vibrations won't kill it
