Hi Guys,
Right, so ive had the car in storage as i purchased a Nissan Pulsar GTi-R which got stolen a couple of weeks ago, so i wanted to get the saxo back up and running.
Now when i went to start the car the battery was knackered. so i purchased a new battery and fitted it all today.
The problem is, for the past year ive been manually locking the car with the key rather than the alarm as i lost the alarm bleeper on a night out.
When i connect the new battery, the alarm goes crazy, and nothing i seem to do can stop this. If i start the engine, it still goes off, if i lock the door and open it again, it keeps going off.
Is there a way to fix this without the alarm bleeper?
Its a saxo VTS 52 plate.
cheers,
