right i stopped in traffic with plenty of space for the car in front of me
but the car behind me flatout accellerated into the back of me
smashing me into the car in front
just wondering will this effect my insurance in anyway?

What a freakin n00b. How does your front end look aswell? It shouldnt affect your insurance if he is at fault, his will certainly be affected though. Just be prepared for tedious claims processes!

Well, more law than bandwagon.
Nah, I agree. /Stirs it up some more :D. I mean, I wouldn't wanna be hit by someone with void insurance due to undeclared modifications. But then, I don't want to pay the premiums myself! :p. Double edged sword...innit ;D.
Does not declaring modifications affect your claim if it's not your fault? I can’t see how.
It's the other parties insurance. So your insurance company is paying fuck all, why would they care, then again, you do have void insurance, but you're not claiming on your own insurance. It's the other companies.
Genuinely don't know what happens in this scenario. Open to suggestions!
